Our Commitment to Human Rights and Ethical Business

Allied Integrated Management has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, child exploitation, debt bondage, or deceptive recruitment practices.

We are committed to conducting business ethically, respecting human rights, and working to identify, prevent, mitigate, and address modern slavery risks within our operations and supply chain.

1. Responsible Business Practices

We will:

·         Operate fairly, ethically, and lawfully

·         Promote dignity, respect, and safe working conditions

·         Support lawful employment and fair treatment of workers

2. Supply Chain Due Diligence

We are committed to:

·         Assessing suppliers, subcontractors, labour hire providers, and third parties

·         Applying onboarding and due diligence controls proportionate to risk

·         Requiring suppliers to meet our ethical expectations

·         Reviewing higher-risk categories and relationships

3. Risk Identification and Management

We proactively:

·         Identify modern slavery risks in operations and supply chains

·         Consider industry, geography, labour model, and service risks

·         Take action where risks or concerns are identified

·         Monitor and improve controls over time

4. Training and Awareness

We support our workforce by:

·         Providing awareness training to relevant personnel

·         Promoting accountability across leadership, procurement, and operations

·         Encouraging staff to recognise and report concerns

5. Reporting and Remediation

We will:

·         Provide channels for confidential reporting of concerns

·         Investigate credible reports appropriately

·         Take corrective action where required

·         Engage suppliers and stakeholders to improve outcomes

6. Governance and Transparency

We are committed to:

·         Reviewing our approach regularly

·         Meeting applicable legal and reporting obligations

·         Supporting transparency in our business practices

·         Aligning with recognised responsible business standards where appropriate

7. Support for Vulnerable Workers

We recognise that some workers may face elevated risks and will seek to promote fair treatment and respect for vulnerable groups, including migrant workers and culturally diverse workforces.

Implementation

This policy is implemented through:

  • Procedures, SWMS, and operational controls
  • Toolbox talks, inductions, and training
  • Allied EDGE reporting systems
  • Audits, reviews, and leadership oversight

Accountability

Leadership is accountable for ensuring this policy is implemented, maintained, and aligned with the strategic direction of the business.

Availability

This policy is publicly available and accessible to all interested parties.
