Community partnership
Allied and AusRelief
Partnering to provide support where its needed.
Earlier this year, Allied supported AusRelief’s WinterRelief 2026 campaign, helping get essential winter supplies to people and communities experiencing hardship.
The campaign brought together volunteers, donations and organisations with a shared goal: getting practical support to people who needed it.
A long drive for a good reason
One of the highlights was a trip to Goodooga in north-western NSW, where winter essentials and food support were delivered to around 300 people.
Ausrelie team members Adam Charmand and Mahmoud Massri made the 10-hour drive each way to help get the supplies to the community.
It was a long way to travel, but it was a worthwhile opportunity to be involved in something that made a direct difference to people on the ground.
The value of getting involved
We know that supporting communities doesn't always mean doing something big or complicated. Sometimes it's about recognising a need, working with the right people and contributing where you can.
Our partnership with AusRelief gave Allied an opportunity to do just that.
We're grateful to the AusRelief team, the volunteers and everyone who contributed their time, donations and effort to make the campaign happen. It's the sort of work we're pleased to be part of, and we look forward to continuing to support initiatives that make a practical difference in the communities around us.
